Return & Refund Policy

At Al-Amin Emall Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to providing quality school uniforms, books, and stationery to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Note: For hygiene reasons, worn uniforms and opened stationery items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

  • Books with signs of use (e.g., folded pages, written notes, torn covers).

  • Customized or altered uniforms.

  • Items returned after 3 days from the date of receipt.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at emall@al-amin.edu.my or WhatsApp us at 010-8651880 with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size of school uniforms (if item is in resalable condition)

  • Wrong item received

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt and are subject to stock availability.
