A Mother’s Du’a
Mother, your hands are soft with prayer,
Lifting my name to Allah with care.
In every sujud, quiet and deep,
You ask Ar-Rahman my soul to keep.
Your love is gentle like morning light,
Guiding me back when I lose the right.
With every “Bismillah” that leaves your lips,
Barakah follows in countless gifts.
You taught me sabr when days were long,
And filled my heart with faith so strong.
You showed me Qur’an, you showed me deen,
The purest love I have ever seen.
Jannah lies beneath your feet, they say,
A path of mercy Allah made.
So every prayer I raise above,
Returns to you with endless love.
May Allah bless your nights and days,
Reward your tears and silent praise.
And may we meet, hand in hand one day,
In Jannah where hearts forever stay.
